Delivery is carried out through partner companies specialized in oversized transport. The standard term is 7-14 business days from payment confirmation, depending on distance and machine type. For machines under 3.5 tons, a fast delivery option (3-5 days) is available at an additional cost of 15% of the transport value.

The standard warranty is 6 months for main components (engine, transmission, hydraulic system). For machines with less than 2,000 operating hours, the warranty can be extended to 12 months, for a fee of 3% of the sale price. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.

Long-term rental (over 3 months) involves an electronically signed contract, with a deposit of 20% of the machine's replacement value. Payment is made monthly, in advance, and routine maintenance (oil, filters, scheduled services) is included in the rate. At the end of the period, you have the option to purchase at a residual price established from the start.

Yes, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery if the machine does not match the description in the listing. Return shipping costs are borne by the seller, and the refund is made within a maximum of 10 business days. For rented machines, early return is possible with a 30-day notice.

For listing, you need the registration certificate (if the machine is registered), the purchase invoice or lease contract, and a set of recent photographs. After document verification, an inspector will schedule a technical evaluation at your location. The entire process takes between 3 and 5 business days.
