I rented an E325 excavator for a foundation project at an industrial hall in Ploiesti. The machine worked without any issues for 22 working days, and diesel consumption was 12% below the initial estimate. The only inconvenience was that the delivery was delayed by one day due to a malfunction of another machine in the fleet, but they compensated with a discount on the next rental. For a first collaboration, I consider they were fair and transparent.
I particularly appreciated that they sent an operator for training at handover, although it was not included in the standard package. He explained the optimal settings for the clay soil in the area and showed me how to adjust the arm for precision digging. After a month of work, I can say the excavator performed well, and cycle times were consistent. The only aspect I would point out is that the user manual is only in English, which caused confusion for a less experienced colleague. Otherwise, the experience was positive, and I intend to rent again for the next project.
