Service rules, responsibilities of the parties, and applicable legal limits for transactions and rentals of industrial machinery.
The platform provides a digital environment for listing, searching, trading, and renting industrial machinery and construction equipment, exclusively between legal entities (B2B).
"User" means any legal entity registered on the platform that accepts these terms. "Listing" means any offer for sale or rental published by a user. "Transaction" means the agreement concluded between users through the platform.
Registration is free and requires complete and accurate company data, including the unique tax registration code (CUI) and registered office. Each account is personal and non-transferable.

Each user is solely responsible for the content of published listings, including the accuracy of the description, technical specifications, machinery condition, and price. The platform does not verify the truthfulness of information ex officio but may remove listings that violate the terms.
Listings must include at least: the machinery name, year of manufacture, operating hours (if applicable), price or rental rate, and the user's contact details. Any listing omitting these elements may be rejected or deleted without prior notice.
The platform facilitates the connection between parties but does not directly participate in the negotiation, conclusion, or execution of sale or rental contracts. All transactions are conducted directly between users, at their own risk.
For rentals, the user offering the machinery must clearly specify the minimum duration, handover conditions, guarantee, and equipment insurance. Payment is made directly between the parties, according to their agreement.
The platform does not guarantee the quality, functionality, or conformity of the listed machinery. Any misunderstanding, damage, or delay arising from the execution of a transaction falls solely on the involved parties.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available on the platform. Data provided during registration is used exclusively for account management and facilitating communication between users.
The platform does not disclose user contact details to third parties without their express consent, except in cases provided by law.
The user may request the deletion of their account at any time by written request to the email address info@kupiproday.com. After deletion, all active listings are removed within 5 business days.
The platform reserves the right to suspend or deactivate an account without prior notice in the event of repeated violation of the terms, provision of false information, or engagement in activities that affect the proper functioning of the service.
These terms may be updated periodically. Users will be informed at least 14 days before the changes take effect, via notification on the platform or by email. Continued use of the service after the mentioned date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by the competent courts in Romania, located in the county where the platform's headquarters are situated.
